Best Delivery Tech: BLAZE Solutions

Their software pushes boundaries in three ways:
- Automation of daily tasks at a dispensary: Eventually, the technology will allow storefront retailers to automate the entire checkout process, eliminating the need for several budtenders.
- Centralized operations for its “ice-cream truck delivery” dispatch model: Previously, a dispatcher was needed at every hub or storefront, but with Dispatch Pro software, dispatchers can work from any centralized location.
- Integrated payment processing that allows customers to use debit cards to purchase products: This gives retailers the option to become a completely cashless business, eliminating some of the traditional risks of being an all-cash business. Offering digital payment options to customers also results in increased sales per transaction.
In August, the company received Service Organization Control 1 Certification from the American Institute of CPAs, which evaluates software’s practical application and function of data.
