Depending on who you ask the answers will be, Yes, No or Maybe. All three of these answers may be correct answers to all of these questions. The questions are not as simple as they appear to be.

Innovative Industrial Properties
Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. (IIP) announced that it has closed on the final parcel of a four-property portfolio in southern California, totaling approximately 79,000 square feet of industrial space, for $17.3 million.
