Canadian-based CBD manufacturer Isodiol International Inc. (ISOLF) announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire 100% of KURE™ Corp. The company, a leading specialty vape retailer headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, calls itself the ‘Starbucks’ of the vape industry.
