Turning Point Brands, Inc. (NYSE: TPB) is buying the cigarillo company Unitabac, LLC. The purchase includes cigarillo products and all related intellectual property, including Cigarillo Non-Tip (NT) Homogenized Tobacco Leaf (HTL), Rolled Leaf and Natural Leaf Cigarillo Products.
